Dr. White is co-author of the bestselling "5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace" (along with Dr. Gary Chapman) and the author of "The Vibrant Workplace: Overcoming the Obstacles to Building a Culture of Appreciation."

He has spoken on four continents and his company’s resources are used by more than 400 colleges and universities, hospitals, government agencies, public schools, non-profits and businesses such as Lily, Microsoft, DIRECTV, NASA, ExxonMobil, and MillerCoors. He has published articles in and interviewed by numerous media sources including Fast Company, Bloomberg Business, Entreprenuer.com, U.S. News & World Report, and HuffPost.
