HR Innovators Webinar

Driving Employee Engagement With Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility brings teams together.

Research shows trust has declined over the past ten years, yet over a similar time period, both consumers and employees are increasingly drawn to organizations that are ethically-minded. HR professionals are learning through employee surveys and feedback that today’s workforce expects employers to give back, while marketers are also learning consumers expect companies to give back.

Join our webinar to learn how Zendesk’s CSR program contributes to its business, driving a competitive edge in recruiting, better employee engagement, and a corporate brand that extends to its global offices.

Key Learnings:

  • How CSR can be a differentiator in corporate brand and identity, while providing real impact on recruiting and retention
  • The correlation between how companies engage in their communities and quality of customer support
  • How you can make the case for a CSR program in your organization
